The water in Bjärred is generally moderate and the fact that you can walk quite far into the water without it reaching your thighs is pretty cool! If, however, you want a real dip in the ocean that's possible too. All you have to do is walk along the fancy pier they have jutting out into the ocean and enjoy!
Also, at the end of this pier is a sauna and restaurant for people looking to indulge a little. I don't see the point in going to the sauna now in the summer when the weather is fine but I will most certainly be back in winter to do my second ever polar plunge.
